The Financial Services Agency (FSA) has partially revised the 'Operational Guidelines (Third Volume: Financial Company Relations) 7 Real Estate Specific Joint Venture Relations' and the 'Electronic Trading Business Guidelines for the Real Estate Specific Joint Venture Act' in response to an amendment by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism.
