The Financial Services Agency (FSA) and five other Japanese ministries will hold the 'Second Practical Panel on the Utilization and Adaptation of Climate Change-Related Data' on August 28, 2026. The event aims to promote the effective use of climate-related data for analyzing climate risks and implementing adaptation strategies. It includes a public session with presentations on sustainability disclosures, physical risk management, and case studies from financial institutions, as well as a closed roundtable discussion. The first session will be livestreamed on YouTube, while the second session is restricted to participants. The FSA will publish summaries and materials after the event.
