日本の金融庁は、組織再編に伴い「主要金融機関向けの総合的な監督指針」などの一部改正を発表しました。主な改正内容は、再編後の部署名への更新、平成27年12月に発行が終了した住民基本台帳カードに関する規定の見直し、および財務局から金融庁への行政報告規定の変更です。これらの改正は、行政手続法に基づく意見公募手続を実施していないため、軽微な変更または内部規則に該当すると説明されています。改正後の指針は令和8年8月17日から適用されます。別紙には改正内容の新旧対照表が添付されています。
