The Financial Services Agency announced on August 6, 2023, the promulgation and enforcement of the "Partial Revision of the Ordinance for the Prevention of Transfer of Proceeds of Crime." This revision provides special exceptions to the confirmation methods for personal identification information under the Ordinance for the Prevention of Transfer of Proceeds of Crime, in consideration of the damage caused by the 2023 Kumamoto earthquake.
金融庁は、令和８年８月６日に「犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律施行規則の一部を改正する命令」を公布・施行した。この命令は、熊本地震による被害の状況に鑑み、犯罪による収益の移転防止に関する法律施行規則上の本人特定事項の確認方法等に関し、特例を設けるものである。
