The Financial Services Agency has requested the Japan Virtual and Crypto assets Exchange Association to further strengthen measures to prevent fraud and other damages using virtual currency. The specific requests include strengthening prevention of illegality and understanding of the actual situation at the time of account opening, confirmation and alertness for prevention of fraud, and restrictions on the outflow of virtual currency for a certain period after depositing legal currency or purchasing virtual currency.
金融庁は、暗号資産を用いた詐欺被害等防止に向けた対策の一層の強化について、一般社団法人日本暗号資産等取引業協会に要請しました。具体的な要請内容は、口座開設時における不正防止及び実態把握の強化、詐欺被害等防止のための確認及び注意喚起、法定通貨入金後又は暗号資産購入後の一定期間の暗号資産の出庫制限などです。
